1、 Main application areas:


1. Insulation coating, coating, and film: Adding nano alumina (model CY-L30JY) to the coating can improve the density and dielectric breakdown strength of the coating, resulting in the best overall insulation performance. Simultaneously improving high-temperature resistance performance


2. Thermal conductive insulation composite material: Adding nano alumina (model CY-L30JY) to resin, plastic, and rubber significantly improves insulation and thermal conductivity, with insulation performance increasing by more than three times and forming a thermal conductive network chain.


3. Example 1:


(1) When the content of nano Al2O3 is not more than 14%, the viscosity of the adhesive does not decrease faster than that of pure polyamide acid resin. Therefore, the presence of nano Al2O3 and its precursor has little effect on the storage stability of the adhesive.


(2) The apparent decomposition temperature of composite films increases with the increase of nano Al2O3 content, reaching its maximum value at approximately 5%, and then decreases, which is about 10 ℃ higher than that of pure PI films.


(3) The tensile strength of the film increases with the increase of nanoAl2O3 content, reaching its maximum value at 5%, and then decreases, increasing by 47% compared to pure PI film;


(4) Under normal conditions, when the content of nano Al2O3 is 10%, the volume resistivity of the composite film reaches its maximum value, which is an order of magnitude higher than pure PI. Therefore, adding a certain amount of Al2O3 can improve the electrical insulation of the composite film, especially the high-temperature volume resistivity.


(5) At room temperature with an alternating current of 50 Hz, it can be observed from the data that when the doping amount of the nano alumina hybrid polyimide film reaches 24%, the corona resistance life of the film can reach 100 hours under an electric field of 60 kV/mm, which is about 25 times that of the undoped film. The difference in doping amount has a significant effect on the improvement of corona resistance time. When the doping amount is low, the increase in corona resistance time is not significant; When the doping amount reaches a certain level, the corona resistance time suddenly increases significantly.
