Characteristics
1. The processed fabric can achieve good UV blocking effect.
2. Can reduce fading and enhance the sunlight fastness of polyester dispersed dyes.
3. Suitable as a daylight enhancing agent for automotive seat fabrics, decorative fabrics, etc.
4. This product has affinity for pure cotton, wool, and polyester fibers and can be absorbed during high-temperature dyeing.
5. Excellent emulsifying stability, uniformity, and transferability.
Usage
1. Processed by pressure suction (pad) method:
CY-N1 2.0~4.0% aqueous solution
Pick up (80-100%) → Pre drying (105 ℃) → Hardening (170 ℃ x 30 seconds)
