Product Overview:
Jiupeng antibacterial agent CY-T08 is a silver based inorganic antibacterial agent independently developed by our company using titanium oxide as the carrier. It is an inorganic antibacterial agent made with nano titanium oxide as the carrier, various metal ions such as silver and zinc as antibacterial ions, and various additives. It has high safety and better heat resistance, good chemical stability, and can be added to various resins to play an antibacterial role. It can efficiently and widely kill and remove various bacteria. Due to the smaller particle size and better heat resistance of CY-T08 inorganic antibacterial powder, it is particularly suitable for melt spinning of synthetic fibers (such as polyester, polypropylene, nylon, etc.) and ceramic products with higher heat resistance requirements.
Product features:
(1) This product belongs to broad-spectrum antibacterial agents, and its bactericidal and antibacterial effects are long-lasting.
(2) It has high chemical and thermal stability, can withstand high temperatures of 1300 ℃, and is not easily discolored.

(4) It can permanently combine with polymer materials and has good chemical stability. Chemically stable within a wide pH range, able to withstand multiple washes with surfactants, and its antibacterial activity does not decrease.
(5) Powder surface treatment can be carried out according to user requirements to achieve optimal dispersion in the medium matrix.
(6) Compatibility with resin is superior to zeolite and silicone antibacterial agents.

(8) High transparency, applied to transparent plastic products without affecting their transparency.

usage method:
It can be added to various synthetic resins (such as PP, PE, PVC, PS, PET, ABS, etc.), various coatings, adhesives, ceramics, artificial stones, and synthetic fibers. To be added to synthetic resins or fibers, powder or plastic (fiber) masterbatch can be selected according to specific production conditions. To add to coatings, adhesives, artificial stones, etc., simply add the powder formulation directly.
