Application field:
1. Fine functional ceramics; Adding to ceramics can lower the sintering temperature, suppress lattice growth, and improve the density of ceramics;
2. Alloy coating: added to zinc nickel, zinc drill, and zinc iron alloys to change the electrocrystallization process of zinc, promote preferred orientation of crystal planes, and make the coating structure more uniform and dense, thereby improving the corrosion resistance of the coating;
3. Polymer: It can increase the thermal stability and aging resistance of polymer.
Product performance:
1. CY-CE01 is synthesized using liquid-phase synthesis technology through oxalate precursor system. The grain size of this product is close to 100nm, the crystal structure is intact, the specific gravity is large, and it is not easy to form pores in ceramics. The product has good dispersibility and transparency, making it easy to add to polymers such as plastics and silicone rubber;
2. CY-CE02 is synthesized through carbonate precursors, which have the characteristics of low specific gravity and large specific surface area, making it suitable for use in coating materials or catalysts;
3. CY-CE03 is prepared from cerium hydroxide precursor, which has the characteristics of small crystal size, and is suitable for the use of ultraviolet isolators in sunscreen cosmetics, plastics, and anti-aging agents in coatings.
