Application of the product:
1. Rubber tires: Nano zinc oxide isopropanol dispersion is used in labor protection products such as rubber silicone, rain boots, rubber gloves, etc. It can greatly extend the service life of the products and improve their appearance and color. When used in transparent or colored rubber products, it has an irreplaceable effect of traditional surfactants such as carbon black and ordinary zinc oxide.
2. Paint and coating: This nano zinc oxide isopropanol dispersion uses isopropanol as the solvent, which is volatile and residue free, has little environmental impact, stable quality, does not layer or precipitate, and can make the coating have strong UV shielding, infrared absorption, sterilization, mold prevention, and deodorization effects. It can improve the traditional mechanical properties of coatings, such as stain resistance, artificial aging resistance, water and alkali resistance, washing resistance, hardness, and adhesion.
3. In the field of ceramics, this nano zinc oxide dispersion not only reduces the sintering temperature of ceramic products by 40-60 ℃ compared to ordinary zinc oxide, but also makes the sintered products bright like mirrors, reduces production processes, reduces energy consumption, greatly improves product quality, and has antibacterial and bactericidal effects. The nano ceramic material made from nano particle zinc oxide has good toughness.
4. Chemical fiber textiles: can significantly improve the UV and antibacterial properties of viscose fibers and synthetic fiber products, used in the production of UV resistant fabrics, antibacterial fabrics, sunshades and other products.
Sunscreen cosmetics: Nano zinc oxide has a stronger protective function against ultraviolet rays than traditional nano titanium dioxide, and has good protective effects on both UV A and UV B. Therefore, the application of nano zinc oxide in the cosmetics field is rapidly developing.
