Application of the product:


1. Rubber tire: Nano zinc oxide dispersion is used in rubber to accelerate vulcanization speed, improve the thermal conductivity of vulcanized rubber, and make vulcanization more thorough. Improve the performance of rubber by using only 30% to 50% of ordinary zinc oxide. Used in labor protection products such as rubber silicone, rain boots, and rubber gloves, it can greatly extend the service life of the products and improve their appearance and color. When used in transparent or colored rubber products, it has an irreplaceable role as a traditional activator such as carbon black.


2. Rubber waterstop: Using nano zinc oxide dispersion as an activator can significantly improve the performance of the product, especially the tensile strength, compression permanent deformation, and thermal aging performance, extending the product's service life. Nano zinc oxide dispersion has excellent dispersibility after surface treatment, fully improving the performance of the product. The use of nano zinc oxide dispersion can reduce the waste of zinc resources and significantly reduce product costs.


This nano zinc oxide reaches a completely monodisperse nano state, so it is not adsorbed by ordinary powder materials when in contact with the matrix material, but rather chemically bonded together, resulting in extremely high water resistance, wear resistance, and antibacterial properties,


Compatibility with other solvents: Good dispersibility in ethanol, butanone, and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.


Attention: If PMA is used as a solvent, avoid contact with containers such as black rubber and plastic, as staining may occur.
