Product application:


1. Adding 2.0% nano titanium dioxide (CY-T05) to rubber results in the best antibacterial performance, with an antibacterial rate of over 85%.


2. Compared with unmodified rubber, silicone rubber with added nano titanium dioxide (CY-T05) showed a decrease in surface color deepening and surface crack damage after proton irradiation at the same energy and dose; The increase of mass loss rate, the decrease of heat resistance and the change of shrinkage and expansion rate all decrease, showing obvious radiation resistance, which greatly improves the aging resistance of rubber.


3. Nano titanium dioxide (CY-T05) can improve the mechanical properties of rubber. The tensile strength and tear strength are significantly improved, and the heat resistance of rubber is also improved. The swelling experiment shows that after adding nano particles, the swelling ratio of rubber decreases, and the gel mass fraction and crosslinking density increase.
