Nano titanium dioxide is used in textile slurries to improve yarn quality by perfectly combining with starch The comprehensive weaving performance reduces the amount of PVA used, the boiling time is short, the sizing cost is reduced, and the sizing efficiency is improved Yi has also solved many problems such as the difficulty of PVA slurry fading and environmental pollution. Nano titanium dioxide In yarn, it mainly replaces PVA, playing a role in smoothing hair, filling gaps, reducing warp breakage, and lubricating.

Product application: The program for using nano titanium dioxide (CY-T25F) in textile sizing: 1. The mixing process should maintain the original viscosity. 2. The parameters of the sizing machine remain stable. 3. First, disperse the nano titanium dioxide (CY-T25F) into a 20% liquid (A). 4. The dosage of nano titanium dioxide powder is 0.5-2% by weight of starch. (The weight of starch here=the original amount of starch+the amount of starch used to replace PVA). 5. Replace PVA with an equal amount of starch in pure cotton sizing, while keeping other components unchanged. 6. When mixing, add the specified amount of water to the mixing bucket appropriately, and then shake well the liquid (A) slurry additive. 7. Add the specified amount of starch, stir at medium speed for ten minutes before adding other raw materials. 8. Heat up and cook the pulp, and let it sit for 30 minutes under normal pressure or 20 minutes under high pressure. Note: 32 yarns per barrel require 2 kilograms of liquid (A) for sizing, 40 strands of yarn, each barrel uses liquid (A) of 3 kilograms, Keep 5 kilograms of PVA for 60 yarns, replace the remaining PVA with an equal amount of starch, and use 3.5 kilograms of liquid (A). If there is liquid polyacrylate slurry in the slurry formula, this nano additive should be added after the slurry is heated to 50 ℃. Addition amount: 900 kilograms of slurry+2-8 kilograms of liquid A Packaging: 20 kg/barrel |
