Suggested usage method:


1. Interior wall coating:


Add 1-3% nano titanium dioxide CY-T06 of lotion weight to the color paste raw material, stir it at high speed for 1h, and then grind it in a sander for 1-3h to make color paste. Then add the color paste into the paint tank, add the lotion, and stir to make the interior wall emulsion paint.


2. Exterior wall paint:


Nano titanium dioxide CY-T06 is mixed with other raw materials and sanded according to the ratio of 1-3% of the weight of lotion to prepare pigment. Then, the pigment and lotion are fully mixed in the emulsifying machine to prepare the exterior wall paint.




Performance testing of the prepared coating:


1. Using an electric paint film adhesion tester to determine the adhesion of coatings: Nano titanium dioxide has a significant impact on the adhesion of coatings. Nano titanium dioxide is an important raw material for coating film-forming, because it has excess surface free energy and good dispersibility, making the adhesion between the substrate and the ground strong and uniform during film-forming.


2. Using a putty flexibility tester to measure the flexibility of coatings: When 3% nano titanium dioxide CY-T06 is added, the coating has the best flexibility. After surface treatment, the nano titanium dioxide CY-T06 forms a flexible interface layer with good interfacial adhesion between the surface and the substrate, which endows the substrate with flexibility and stress transfer function, thereby improving the flexibility of the coating.


3. Using a paint film impactor to measure the impact resistance of coatings: Nano titanium dioxide can improve the impact resistance of coatings up to a maximum of 60khNaN. After surface treatment, the nano titanium dioxide CY-T06 reduces agglomeration and is beneficial for interface bonding, thereby improving the strength of polymer coatings.


4. The aging resistance of the coating shall be measured manually with non-metallic materials and aging test instrument under the following conditions: aging time 2000h, aging light temperature 60 ℃. The anti-aging property of nano titanium dioxide has been greatly improved.




Adding 1-3% nano titanium dioxide CY-T06 significantly improves the various properties of the inner and outer wall coatings:


Adhesion: increased from level 5 to level 1


Flexibility: increased from 5mm to 1mm


Impact resistance: increased from 2kgNaN to 60kgNaN


Anti aging time: increased from 500h to 2000h




Packaging: 10 kg/barrel, stored in a closed, dry, and cool place
